Is there a membership fee?
There is a one-time $5 membership fee when you open your account.
How can I open an account?
You can open an account online or at any local branch. Arrowhead membership is open to any person who lives, works, or worships in San Bernardino or Riverside Counties or select cities in southern Los Angeles County, Arizona, and Nevada; anyone employed by the State of California or is an immediate family member of a current member.3
What do I need to open an account online?
- A valid U.S. address and Social Security Number are required.
- You must be 18 years of age or older with a valid form of I.D.
- You will be required to provide personal information, including your date of birth, and former mailing address(es).
- If you are under the age of 18, not a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Resident Alien or do not have this information, we will be unable to enroll you online. Please visit one of our branches for assistance.
What do I need to open an account in a branch?
- A valid U.S. address and Social Security Number are required.

- Proof of current address, for example, a utility bill or statement from other financial institution.
- You will be required to provide personal information, including your date of birth, and former mailing address(es).
What information do I need to open a joint account?
You'll need the same information that's required when opening an individual account-- but you'll need it for both applicants.
Can I open an account for my child online?
Accounts for minors may be established at any branch location.
